In small groups of five actors, students will analyze, block, rehearse, and perform a scene from the play, The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde.
This assessment has six parts:
o Part 1–Assessment Questions
o Part 2–Reading and Selection
o Part 3–Read-Thru
o Part 4–Blocking
o Part 5–Rehearsal
o Part 6–Performance
This item has been voluntarily field-tested by Michigan teachers with a non-representative sample of students.
