Better Together in the Arts

MAEIA’s Better Together in the Arts is a professional learning community that supports excellence in arts classrooms. A series of workshops convenes arts educators to collaborate virtually while developing effective strategies for engagement, instruction, and assessment. You’ll gain a community of peers that creatively problem-solves, shares resources and insights, and receives support for their own professional and personal well-being. When we combine our minds and efforts, we can accomplish more, with better quality. Contact us to find out more!

The MAEIA project has changed me as a teacher by giving me new colleagues to work with, new ideas for assignments that now include the SLO (Student Learning Objective) format and a better way for me to evaluate my teaching practice.
