Thinking about Demonstrating Educator Effectiveness?

It is that time of year again! With the beginning of the school year, comes the development of Individual Development Plans for teachers.

Topics covered included: How to create a sample of students for data collection, how to collect data, writing SLOs, documenting instruction, and how to prepare to present data in a final meeting with an administrator.
